What is your fucked sleep schedule?
>sleep at 11am
>wake up at 5pm
How do I fix this?
>>
mine's tame compared to yours.
>sleep at 2am - 4am
>wake up at 10am - 12pm
>>
At the moment i sleep periodically throughout the day. It feels like im always awake and i like it

Ive been sleeping in places that are uncomfortable so i dont fall asleep forever. Like the bathroom floor or the stairs
>>
>>38493182
when I was a neet I would wake up 6pm and sleep at 7am. fixed it by slowly moving an hour every week.
>>
>>38493182
Sleep at 4:00 am
Wake up at 3:00 pm
repeat.
>>
>>38493209
That's my exact cycle.
>>
>>38493182
Try to sleep an hour later each time until you get the time you want. Or you could just stop being a faggot and go to sleep at a normal time.

>sleep at 6 am
>wake up at 5pm
I dont even care im having fun
>>
>go to bed at 6:30 a.m.
>get up at 3:30 p.m.

This has been going on for 3 years straight. I am so tired and I just want to go to bed earlier. Why is it so hard to adjust to an earlier sleep schedule?
>>
>>38493182
It's actually pretty normal right now. About to go to sleep, probably by 2am and I'll wake up around 10. Normally I sleep at 5-6am and wake up at 2-3pm

I fix it every now and then by staying up until 1pm the first day and then staying up until about 9pm the next day. When you take two days to flip it it's not as hard. You will need a fuck-ton of caffeine though. Like enough to make you piss out your ass

I exist on a neverending cycle of fucked.
>currently going to sleep 8-10pm
>awake at 6am
>inside a month I'll be going to sleep at 9am and waking at 8pm
>>
>>38493182
haha these schedules are nothing compared to my nightmare. i dont have a schedule as it changes every other week the past 3 years ive been on the most inconsistent sleep schedule. try balancing college with that. even when i try to fix it it naturally adjusts back to me waking up at 4-6 pm and sleeping at 10. My life has been miserable, although the sleep schedule is not to blame for that.

>wake up hours later than usual the next morning

>end up laying in bed for five fucking hours without falling asleep

Whether or not I go to sleep at night, in the morning, or in the afternoon changes from week to week.

My sleep schedule is in constant change, currently i sleep from 2 pm to 8pm

I go to sleep around 8AM and wake up from 12-3 PM. I try to go to sleep at normal times but I can't
>>
I'm currently lying in bed rereading the entire catalog for the fifth time in a row since midnight. I'm supposed to sleep by 3AM but this cursed place has made me nocturnal and stolen my humanity. Overall schedule is highly erratic, but I'll be lucky to be asleep by 6AM. On a particularly bad "day" it might be as late at 12PM.
>>
>go to bed at 10pm
>wake up at 5am

People should not live like this
>>
>>38493182
ALWAYS wake up at 2am no matter my sleep pattern that day. always tired when i wake up no matter how much sleep i got.
>>
>>38493721
at least your young faggot. Try balancing that kind of schedule in college. The fucking worst

What's fucked up is that my sleep schedule isn't even regularly fucked up, which makes things even more terrible. Here is an example of my typical week:

Monday:
>Have the day off, but have work the next day. Usually wake up from 15:00-20:00.
>Often go to the store to buy groceries and liquor for the week, get home around 21:00-22:00
>drink cheap whisky from 22:00-06:00, eat a couple times during that span
>take a shower at 05:00
>in bed by 07:00

Tuesday:
>wake up at 13:30, roll out of bed, take a piss , get dressed and drive to work by 14:00
>get off work at 23:00, maybe stop at a store for whatever I might need
>drink from 00:00-06:00, shower, fall asleep by 07:00

Wednesday:
>wake up at 13:30, etc... work at 14:00
>get off work at 00:00, drink 'til 07:00
>shower and sleep at 08:00

Thursday:
>wake up at 16:30, stop at liquor store before arriving at work at 17:00
>work until 22:00
>drink until 08:00

Friday:
>sleep until 20:00, then roll out of bed to go to the liquor store before it closes
>do some light shopping and maybe pick up food.
>drink from 21:00 until 05:00, have a shower in the meantime
>in bed by 06:00

Saturday:
>wake up at 13:00, arrive at work at 14:00
>drink at work with friend, leave at 02:00
>drink from 02:30-07:00

Sunday:
>wake up at 19:00-21:00, depending on when I went to sleep and if I got interrupted in my sleep
>maybe go to the store around 22:00
>start drinking at 22:00 if not
>in bed by 07:00

I usually go to bed when the sun is rising and wake up when it's setting. I'm constantly tired and hate waking up earlier than I need to.
>>
Literally sleep randomly through out the day. No routine and no consistency. My cycle is super fucked.

I rarely leave my room. Always feel somewhat tired.
>>
>>38493773
I tried and I couldn't. I was weak, and now nothing remains of what little I had.
>>
>>38493182
I can't ever sleep or keep a schedule. I often pull all nighters for fun, because I like night, and because I can finally rest well when I pass out from exhaustion. I'm kept awake at night and I have constant vivid nightmares, where all kinds of horrific things happen, often semi-lucid. I get sleep paralysis, etc.

The longest I stayed up, I ended up having a seizure from it and then passing out. On top of it all, sleep disorders run in my family and everyone has a fucked up schedule.

Yesterday I didn't go to sleep that night, ended up sleeping a few hours from about 2-6pm, now I'm awake again, almost 5am and I might try to get some more soon.
>>
>>38493816
Oh yea man.. 7pm to 7am 3 days a week.
On my days off I wake up around 4pm and feel like garbage

you're slowly killing yourself. If you don't get some help and get your life together things are going to get even worse.
>>
>>38493890
My possible reasons as to why my sleep schedule and life is miserable:
1) Extreme guilt for my severe addiction to porn. edging for multiple hours on fetish porn
2) Addiction to pot
3) Gambling and losing tens of thousands of dollars that wasnt mine to begin with
4) Getting mononucleosis a few years ago
>>
I go to sleep around 4-5AM, get up at around 11 or 12 for work

Nice dubs.

However:

What gave it away? The chronic drinking? The lack of sleep?

Thanks for your input, anon.
>>
>stay up until 1pm
>wake up at 10pm
>>
>>38493182
I stay up until I can't stay up any longer, my sleep schedule is completely sparattic.
Sometimes I'll sleep 12+ hours a day and sometimes I'll go a couple days without sleep. It's pretty pathetic
>>
>>38493182

Sleep at 8 am, wake up at 4 pm

Fucking no idea how to fix it.
>>
>>38493182
>average day
>go to sleep in the range of 4AM to 6AM
>wake up anytime between 11AM to 1PM
>always tired
>>
I sleep at 4 am, wake up at 7am. Some days I don't sleep. The trick is to never drink coffee/tea/carbonated drinks. Except dark circles uner my eyes, I do not see any other "negative" effects. I've gone through interviews successfully without sleeping for days, conducted presentations in front of board of directors, written exams and what not. It's all in your head. Sleep is not a big deal. When I see normalfags claiming they're so nerdddy and a "night person" it makes me want to vomit. I do not claim to be superior because of my fucking sleep cycle but god damn, normalfags have no shame.

It made me sad to read your post. I don't want you to suffer. I think you deserve a better life than the one you have right now. Take care of yourself, ok? I'll be thinking about you.

Normally I sleep about 9 am to 5 pm. I'm on disability anyway so it's not like I have anywhere to be or anything. Changed it up yesterday so I could go visit a game store in the city so now it's going to take me probably a week to get it right again.

This is me. Literally me. No other character can come close to relating to me like this. There is no way you can convince me this is not me. This character could not possibly be anymore like me. It's me, and nobody can convince me otherwise. If anyone approached me on the topic of this not possibly being me, then I immediately shut them down with overwhelming evidence that this character is me. This character is me, it is indisputable. Why anyone would try to argue that this character is not me is beyond me. If you held two pictures of me and this character side by side, you'd see no difference. I can safely look at this character every day and say "Yup, that's me". I can practically see this character every time I look at myself in the mirror. I go outside and people stop me to comment how similar I look and act to this character. I chuckle softly as I'm assured everyday this character is me in every way. I can smile each time I get out of bed every morning knowing that I've found my identity with this character and I know my place in this world. It's really quite funny how similar this character is to me, it's almost like we're identical twins. When I first saw this character, I had an existential crisis. What if this character was the real me and I was the fictional being. What if this character actual became aware of my existence? Did this character have the ability to become self aware itself?

I CANNOT, not matter how hard I try, maintain a normie sleeping schedule. Ever. Whenever I try, it only ends up lasting for about 3 or 4 days before reverting back to my version of 'normal.'

Sleep at 9 AM, wake up at 6 or 7 PM. Whenever I try to sleep any other way (which is basically necessary to function in society), I feel groggy and slow and stupid. I can't turn my brain off at night. Please help.

have you found anything that helps? are you on any meds?

Nope. Only thing that helps for me is reading in the dark for 3-4 hours before I want to go to bed and doing a shot ton of cardio. Ovbiously that is hard to fit in every day but there's a reason I still sleep this way.
