Australia is pretty good if you're poor, you can go to a doctor for free and get them to qualify you for neetbux. The healthcare here is amazing, where I live they just built this deluxe hospital. The public system is so quick and easy now you don't need private insurance unless you plan on having surgery every few months like old people.
