When I'm upset I start bullying random anons on 4chan across several boards, I go for the most vulnerable ones and start spitting vileness over their slightest mistakes.
I always end up regretting it later but I still feel like a nasty person, it's not a healthy way to deal with anger.
I almost started doing it again today but I thankfully I stopped myself and now I'm here typing this.
