I just asked my Mom for $20 and she threw a shit fit at me about how I'm a worthless NEET with no future, etc.

Maybe I don't want a future, do they ever think of that?

Having a job, raising a family and retiring with money until I grow old and die sounds like a prison sentence. I would rather stay flat broke without a place to call my own then surrender over to the authority of a society I think is jaded and abusive.

Of course, society is just the relationship between people and until we all change ourselves society will never change. What they don't understand is I'm not neglecting society; I'm not abandoning it. I'm just choosing it to mold around me the way I want instead of molding to it.

Why can't people just see that each one of us has our own life and we get to live it however we please?
