I really want to start up no fap again, like I've tried several times in the past and I never made it past a month. I just feel that I have a porn addiction/masturbation addiction, and while I feel it really isn't an issue that is probably just me in denial. I do feel that I'm a slave to my dick and porn, it's just a habitual routine for me, like if I don't masturbate my day doesn't go right. It's a ritual, and frankly I hate the feeling. I'm so addicted to hentai, futanari, shemale, R34, etc. I'll spend hours on /d/ or /b/ just fapping away, obviously I need to stay off 4chan, frankly I have an internet addiction as well.
I need to just limit my internet time because it's so easy to find porn on the internet. It really is tough, some don't think it is, but it really boils down to mind over matter and willpower. I've heard it's not good to go cold turkey, like you need to ween yourself off of it slowly. Instead of 3 times a day try limiting it to like once every couple of days, and then doing it just 3 times a week. I'll get horny and that's it, it's like I HAVE to masturbate to get it out of my system. It's just so hard to ignore the feeling, you know?

Also seriously, if anything I limit my porn consumption just because your preferences start getting weird as you get bored. Like when I notice myself trying to rationalize jerking it to hentai I know I need to stop for a while.

I wouldn't even consider hentai to be weird, it's a somewhat common fetish, especially if you're a big weeb who likes anime. And there are a LOT of weebs/anime fans, not saying they all like hentai but it's kind of a gateway to it. Now some hentai can be strange, like rape hentai, shota hentai, tentacle hentai, etc.
A lot of hentai has stupid plots, some don't even have a plot but it's just a bunch of rape and sex.

Hentai isn't real at all, what you're jerking off to is something that will almost certainly never happen under any circumstances. So what's the point in it?
You end up jerking off to less and less realistic things for the kink factor then wonder why you aren't satisfied with the simple things. Like I even never had the urge to jerk off when I was dating a girl, yet now you're somehow trying to convince yourself that jerking off to your favorite anime character in an orgy is somehow normal.
You have to think about WHY you're jerking off is the way I put it. Sexual release is fine, normal even. It helps keep me sane when I go months without dating anyone. But you need to be careful that you don't let it slip from a way to calm your sex drive into some hedonistic crusade chasing an ever growing standard for kink.

Nah, not the only one, but a lot of people can't control themselves and end up addicted to MLP tentacle gang rape or something random.
I don't really think most people need to go no fap to stop it (even though I'm doing it for the sake of self control) but I think it's important to not let the pleasure of the orgrasm lead you to jerk off to the weirdest thing you can find.
