I want to have a normal sleeping schedule, but I woke up at 5 pm again today. what should I do?
stay up till 11am. sleep as late as possible. stay up till 3pm the next day. next day stay up till 8pm. wake up at like 5 or 6 boom done

This, or exercise. Get really physically exhausted by either running, or lifting. Then you'll naturally fall asleep when you hit the bed during normal hours, and wake up during regular hours. It takes a week if you adapt well, and two weeks+ if you don't.

That's the worst part. I have a job. I'm even in school, but both are part time and cannot structure my life. Hell, even when I did work 40 hours a week, I couldn't get my sleeping patterns straight. I've been battling the same mundane problem for two years and I just want to die. anyone else would solve this in a week. for me, it's been years. fucking kill myself.

I try to fall asleep by 9 but always end up staying up till 11 or 12. I used to be asleep no later than 10 but quitting drinking has done a number on my sleep.
