I would argue that you cannot become Chad

A lot of chad traits are traits they're born with (broad shoulders nice jaw above average height athletic body)

This allows them to fit in with other guys and be a leader in athletic ability

This later attracts the attention of girls and the respect of guys

You gain tons of friends and attention and confidence


So how does one be Chad? You can't. Because you'll never have chads life experience.

if you talk to chads regularly most of them were too weird or too skinny to fit in at school. the "popular" kids were like 1 in 100, and a lot of them burned out on drugs or got fat later in life. but chad is like 20 in 100 if you are talking about fit guys who can get any girl they want, and 5 in 100 who are rich as fuck too.

You can change and you can't at the same time. There are levels of abstraction. And this is the big part of understanding changes in consciousness. There are personality states we can move through depending on whom we're interacting with. You're chad when you're interacting with a homeless trash person, perhaps a beta loser when you're interacting with someone of higher status. The point is not trying to achieve some kind of enlightenment chad status, it's to understand that you can reset those circuits through brain plasticity to enough of a degree where you can go on autopilot with more confidence, happiness. I grew up mostly a dork, but learned very quickly that the only way one grows is through struggle. I put myself in uncomfortable positions, challenged myself mentally and physically. My body count sexually is enviable, I work in tech and have a long term successful girlfriend, plenty of experiences, first name basis with celebrities, musicians I always admired, I've travelled, built a personal empire, and a well rounded life. This is all stuff that 19 year old me would have thought completely impossible. Rock bottom was a mushroom trip that had me attempting suicide on a college campus' train tracks before being removed. I weighed 115, was an alcoholic, porn consuming weeb who hung out with similar stock. In high school I was the definition of fedora, my myspace photos had me holding katanas in front of a copy of American Psycho dramatically. Girls thought I was gross, and I had zero confidence in life. I spent my youth playing CS for hours. You have to break out of it. Hit the gym, fix your fashion sense, become something greater. In the year since then I defied boundaries, and sharpened every sense. It's not impossible, just hard and takes a lot of work.
