It's not so bad. Still khv but I've learned to just accept it.

23 was the worst year of my life due to just being panicky all the time. Would use alcohol and internet addiction to cope but that only worked for so long and ended up making me more anxious. I'm turning 24 next year. My plan is to put the anxiety and bullshit behind me and just relax and enjoy myself. I got a bicycle and have already been riding that a lot, which is really good for my body and mind. I'm trying to cut back on drinking but fuck man, it's hard.

Anyway, like any dark time, it is always hardest during. Once it passes, I tend to hardly remember it. For example, I was extremely depressed at 20, but I no longer remember how I felt. The mind is interesting that way.
