Yeah. If you're talking to someone and they always find a way to direct the conversation to themselves/something similar that happened to them, and they never/rarely ask others about themselves/their experiences, then they're probably a narcissist.

Or, if you're talking to them and feel like the wall in the saying "talking to a wall" - y'know? They can carry a conversation by themselves, especially if the conversation is about them.

The vast majority of people nowadays are at least mildly narcissistic. So yes.

Ego-centrism is also a toxic cancer upon the soul of most normies as well. They are completely and stubbornly stuck in la-la land.

Full-blown narcissists are vile, worthless, and repulsive "human beings" who need to be rounded up and tortured to death to make the world a better place.
