You're right to be scared. The elderly are fucking miserable. Their either widowed or divorced, they're poor because they're no longer working and they're in constant pain because their bodies aren't holding together anymore. It takes an entire pharmacy to keep them alive. Their mind is going too; cashiers have to count the change into their hand like they're a fucking toddler. Old age is a curse.
