Book Series I've Been Working On. It's basically about a dead guy having a trial to decide his fate of entering a world for the dead or being sent to it's prison. The twist is that it is set in a different galaxy, where a long line of leaders rule in a planet called Basileus which holds a population of the brightest minds and thinkers of Taro. Taro is the earth like world and Basileus' sole purpose is to guide their leaders, share innovations, etc., for their wellbeing. Then theres Mortem, a planet for the dead.
