Is nofap legit for fixing ED? I have no problem getting it up when I'm alone but all the 2 times I have managed to get a girl in bed I lost my boner before I could fuck. I'm also doing nofap. It might or might not work, the whole thing is kind of dodgy. You do get harder erections but if you have ED, you might want to look into getting that fixed in a more practical way that isn't as wishy washy and is backed by scientific fact more than nofap is.

Yeah, I've had boner troubles since even before puberty. I remember me and a friend played this game who could keep his boner the longest (gay af but oh well), I could never maintain it long. Anyway, I think anxiety is a very big part of the problem, but probably not the only one.
