If I just lost 65 pounds I really could be a Chad, but right now I'm just a fat Brad. Anybody else know this feel? How can I be consistent in working out, it would take nearly over a year to lose all that weight, how can I possibly stay motivated that long?
You only get motivated when you see the results
If I lost 15 lbs I could be Stacy and if I lost 30 I could be perfect.
