had a chance last year to have a fuckbuddy but i sperged out and fucked it all up. she gave me another chance and i fucked that up too. i have no chance of getting/keeping a gf so my only hope is some sort of fuckbuddy and this one was perfect for me but i am a sperg. i am currently in therapy to try to fix myself a bit but i cant stop thinking about her, even though she told me to never contact her again and that i should move on.
how to get her back (when i have fixed myself obviously)?

do the no contact for a month, work on self improvement(be less spergy, getfit etc.) then text/ call saying what you said in your post (its kinda touching). if she agrees to give you a chance, greatdont fuk it up, if no, move on.
