So here's the situation Barman. For the last two and a half years I've been in a long distance relationship with this girl who I can connect to due to our shared depression and who calls me her boyfriend, but I personally never really clicked with her and frankly she's very boring due to how much weed she smokes. It's just exhausting to even talk to her and she takes up so much time doing nothing when she skypes me while I'm half asleep but I'm worried that this is basically my only chance to ever get a gf.
I told her that she's clingy and boring about two weeks ago and that we need a break but yesterday morning she texted me and told me her computer is fixed and she's willing to do more that I want to do, but I haven't texted her back yet. Exam period is approaching and university is really busting my ass again. God damn it, there is some study which apparently proves that children of academics become academics themselves. But contrary to their conclusion (which is that "obviously" academics can help their children because they are smart themselves) I rather think it is because those children usually do not have to handle as much bullshit besides university.
My major certainly is fucking hard, but I would easily manage if my life situation was not a complete mess to add to the misery. Trying to get around doing all those projects and exams while having to help out your fuck-up parents, handling your health problems caused by shit genetics and getting shit for not managing all of that well from everyone at the same time is absolute suffering. If you are in that limbo where you are basically fucked, but not wrecked enough to get those sweet bennies, you are a ticking timebomb.
Really thinking about just dropping this shit and get into some trade. If that one does not work out I will atleast have the money to an hero comfortably.

i think the biggest problem with NEET's who want to exit the lifestyle is not motivation or social autism issues. because if you are aware of your problems it means you are willing to fix them.
your anger/depression is the biggest obstacle you need to overcome, you have to get that out of the way to start doing things. not the other way around. you have to treat your mental health issues first before going out and do stuff. you need to vent your anger somewhere that isn't r9k. this place will make you more angry and depressed than you already is.

I haven't had sex in 5 years because of some bad sexual experiences, but now I am so insecure and stunted sexually it has started to effect other elements of my life, I literally can barely look at women now because I get a weird mixture of lust and fear. I also have a really difficult time actually talking about it (writing is much easier), I started to get into it with one therapist, but I had to move away from the city where she was before I even came close to resolving the issues. I have not been able to tell my current therapist about it. I keep thinking another sexual encounter would fix things right up but this really doesn't make any sense.

How can I get rid of my anxiety at work? I always get pressured by the people around me to 'deliver more than 100%' but that means more work and more time.

I just want them to leave me alone, do my task and leave so that I can go home and play vidya all day, but I dread the morning's rise because I have to see them again; I just want a comfy job and not be the employee dedicated to the cause. Is that so much to ask?
