i kid, what i find best for myself is taking a few minutes to just clear my mind and meditate. i believe that giving some time for your subconscious to shine under the spotlight helps order your thoughts and think clearly enabling you to come up with a game plan to tackle obstacles and accomplish your goals. thoughts eventually lead to action.
