Post things that you do to calm yourself, or just stupid stuff you like to do.
If I didn't know what to do, I would call my mom. However, my mom passed last year, so I find comfort in tarot cards as a last resort. I'm not comfortable with decisions when I am not sure of the outcome, so while I know it's probably bogus, it gives me some insight.

I have a drink. It's whiskey, vodka, and water and they're all usually in my room.
I slam it then shut my eyes and curl up in a ball with my cat. I hold my cat very close and it purrs so nicely. Usually the bugs or whatever I'm seeing go away if I focus on the cat and the burning in my throat. Cats are very good therapy pets. They don't demand much from you and they won't start barking and freaking out just because you are.
