I'm 29 and still get spots. Always at least two on my face at any one time. I probably get 20-30 minutes of direct sunlight each working day. If I were neet, I would forget what the sun looked like.

This is the worst advice I've seen exposure to sunlight get rids of acne but after that it's much worst because it comes back harder. Source ? My doctor and self experience.

However, there are some things that work. The only ones I am aware of are accutane (prescription), tretinoin (prescription) and benzoyl peroxide.

Although accutane and tretinoin are prescription only, you can get them online from pharmacies in india.

It could be a major contributing factor. Stop eating cheese/butter/milk/dairy. You shouldn't even be drinking milk. You're not a baby.

Also minimize ingestion of vegetable oils and added sugar. Increase fiber.
