I don't know everything, but as long as you have a decent working body and the willpower / discipline to finish goals, it's never too late(assuming you have time left in your lifespan for the reasonable/expected time to finish. of course there are cutoffs for certain things like military jobs and maybe other jobs have age cutoffs as well. another factor is the human biological clock for which it is important to conceive children before your sperms are damaged and increase chances of diseases/mutations/autism/downs. this is why there's a pressure to "get your shit together" before a certain age, so that then you've established a base upon which you can raise children financially. if "get your shit together" was as easy as having a certain amount of money though, theoretically anyone could reach that point (though super low chance) from scratchers/lotteries/gambling.

There is no age limit but it does get harder.
When trying to find jobs as a young person people seem to give you more leeway if you're a bright eyed youngster but once you get old you lose that innocence so you have to try harder to look valuable. When going for girls you're at a severe disadvantage because 99% of them have been getting railed by Chad since 15 and know all the ins and outs of relationships and how to have sex so if you're lacking knowledge in this field its going to be rough.
But the number one thing working against you will be yourself. The fear and depression that comes from the though of "well my life is fucked up anyway so why even bother" is the true killer in all this.

I don't think there's a single age for getting your shit together. After all, we are supposed to have different achievements at different times in our life.
You should have a girlfriend and sex before you turn 20.
You should finish college before you turn 25.
You should have some kind of job or part-time job, probably before you turn 20, unless you have parents that are well off. But if you finish college at 25 and never worked a day in your life, you are fucked.
You should have a handful of good friends that will stay with you for life, by the time you finish college (because you won't be making any more friends after that).

I would say 25 is the age where most of your shit should be together. You don't have to be married with children and be a house owner, that's for your 30s, but you should be educated, have work experience, sexual experience, a somewhat dominant and confident personality, a decent body (not fat, not Ausschwitz mode), etc.
But of course all of this confidence and experience comes from working for it, and the time to act is NOW. Even if you are 21 years old, don't think "well I still have 4 years, so i can relax". No, you have to act NOW or you will be the same piece of shit you are now, at 25, and wonder where all the time went.
