I finished building my home gym two weeks ago, been using it every day (with one break day a week when I just do stretches).

I'm not a fat fuck, just not in the shape I want. Feels good to be building muscle.

I'm not getting surgery, it's not broken not herniated, I stretch it everyday. I don't have steroids in it yet. I'm trying Kratom so far its garbage. My plan is to just keep conservative work on my own until it heals or I'm killing myself in 5years.

I dropped about 1500 on the equipment. Mostly from craigslist. I just set up alerts and emailed people when good deals came along.

The half rack, bars, and weights I had to buy new, because they don't tend to lose value over time.

I've got a dip station on order to add to it.

It's great because a) no travel time, b) I can work out in my underwear, c) I can bench 20 pounds and not feel like the whole gym is laughing at me and d) make as much grunting as I want. Way worth the investment.

are you sure that the stretching will do good? i personally dont know but just sayin. i know two kind of injection, one is something like silicone, to support there, other is voltaren, to relieve the pain.
