Can we get a comfy thread?
>ITT: Post pics, music, art, stories, and feels.
How is everyone's morning today?
I'm sure this won't be everyone's cup of tea, but this is currently what I'm listening to on this comfy morning.
Here's a few more for those wanting something more Japanese.

Going to be sticking with a rural/feudal/surburbia/indoor theme.
It feels good my comfy folder is large enough to be able to choose themes.
Bonsai is something I'm seriously considering picking up as a hobby. If you only have one tree it shouldn't require much maintenance.
It still is trickier than dealing with a normal plant tho.
How is everybody's morning so far.
it's currently 7:40, I'm in bed with my laptop listening to 70s country music and relaxing.
A comfy train bump
Going to start a dump, of quiet, quaint suburbs.
These are the kinds of places in Japan I picture myself living.
I recently discovered Nerima and it seems like a quiet yet humble place to live. It's kind of run down, knackered, but it seems very cozy.
>>38410624
More Nerima.
>>38410631
Hard to imagine this is in Tokyo
>>38410639
Some /comfy/ family shops.
>>38410654
I don't have many pictures of Nerima so I will save them for later
dffwqfwdfw
I'm really craving a nice strawberry smoothie this morning, and maybe a lemon poppyseed muffin or something like that.
It's a bit of a luxury to have a comfy collection as large as I do. Even in times where there is nobody replying to the thread, I have enough bump material.
I should have guessed nobody would be interested in a comfy thread this fucking early.
>How it feels posting right now

Aww sweet, I got trips. I don't know why fucking feet our in the thumbnail of that beautiful jazz song.
Shameful.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.
Can't anyone to respond to this thread for the life of me.
So I'll artificial do it
Gotta do what I gotta do. Too many page fags who don't use the catalog or underaged/delinquents more interested in orbiting and boipussy than comfy
some countryside fuji for you fags
>>38410874
that little tent formation in the foreground is especially comfy. I imagine that's the break area where people sip the cool drinks and have a nice lunch
I'm enjoying the pics, nice collection.
Small town Japan is very comfy to look at, I often wonder what it would actually be like to live there and whether I would actually like it or not.
Sometimes one poster is the comfiest number.
new song i wrote

>>38410899
I suppose it depends on your circle of friends. You may never be able to blend in or fit in with everyone in Japanese society but if you have chill bros you should be fine.
That is if the work doesn't kill you.
>>38410913
Rhythm sounds a bit inconsistent?
That type of song really seems to fit a band more.
Some /comfy/ neets for you guys.
A comfy anime neet.
A pretty neat and clendly neet
>>38411015
See this is a problem I think i'd have: everything is so small and has a low design. I think it would be annoying to try and get used to. got any more interior pics?
OPM isn't a neet but this picture hits the spot.
It's exactly what I love doing on Sundays
>>38411049
>See this is a problem I think i'd have: everything is so small and has a low design.
Just buy taller furniture then.
Sleeping near the floor can be pretty comfy if you're clendly and dust.
Going to end the NEETposting with a debached NEET battlestation
>>38411111digits!
Is there any room as lonely/autistic/depraved BUT as comfy as this is?
This might be one of the comfiest neet rooms I've ever seen.
Some wonderful Bonsai to cleanse the neet depravity.
Honestly Bonsai would work as a Neet hobby as long as the plant had some access to sunlight.
I should have made this thread later today, when I was less lazy. All I want to do is drink a cold delicious smoothie and watch Gaki No Tsukai
I'm going to have to bump the shit out of this aren't I?
Jesus fucking christ. I don't want to. but fuck letting my threads die.
>>38411180
It seems like a cool little hobby to add routine to the day, maintaining the garden
>>38411407
Yup.
You can get real creative with it. Make Bonsai forests. Or you can just grow fruit or keep one small tree.
You also can wire the branches to make the trees shape grow a certain way.

Posting that beautiful lil beach town in Hiroshima.
>>38411505
I highly suspect this is Onomichi but i don't know really
>>38411505
This is definitely Onomichi though.
>>38411505
Last Onomichi pic.
Honestly fucking shocked that this isn't too large to upload.
Enjoy guys. It's quite the shot.
Humble little village by the sea. I love the vibe.
Why are Japanese suburbs so much comfier than American ones. Why are American suburbs so sprawling and tacky?
>>38411555
I think it's because their design has a sense of harmony, also all of the cluttered and tight alleys and layouts.
MORE ONOMICHI.
This place has a lot of good photography.
I like it because it's beach/suburbs.
it's one of those towns I'd like to grow up, or raise a family in.
Yes this place was nuked in WW2. I think. it's in Hiroshima.
I've got some resizing to do
Nice lil comfy ramp
I'll post a little gaming story;
>Load up IL2: Cliffs of Dover
>Take up a Hurricane on a free flight
>Set the time to 3:30am
>Start the "mission"
>Everything is almost dark
>Sun is just starting to create light on the horizon
>Am in the middle of the English Channel at about 8000ft
>Fly towards a landmass that is just becoming visible (I estimate it to be France)
>Once over the land I make a 180 turn to go back to what I think is England
>Get over land on the other side after about 15 minutes of flying
>The sun has just popped over the horizon by now
>Use the map to try and navigate along the coast
>Slightly confused, think I am heading near the Thames Estuary
>Once I get my bearings I realise I am coming up to Le Harve
>Do another 180 and go back across the channel, this time with fuel getting short
>Manage to reach the Great British coastline at the Dungeness peninsula
>Follow the coast line while admiring the lovely shadows being cast on the land by the houses and the trees
>There is also a slight mist forming
>Engine starts coughing While going past Ramsgate
>Run out of fuel past Margate and coast towards Herne Bay
>Make a gentle wheels up landing on the beach at Whitstable
>Flying time of one hour thirteen minutes. Greatly enjoyed it
This town's a plethora of alleyway and water viewpoints
>>38411812
Have no clue what game you're talking about, but I appreciate your contribution
Going to end off the Onomichi posting truly now, with this last post.
Some more suburbia for you guys
American suburbs just do not resemble this in anyway. It's like the perfect mix of city and suburbs.
A very comfy small shop, with the comfort epitomevending machines
Going to take an interlude after this post.
Comfy lil backstreet

>>38410938
yeah it wasnt my best work on guitar but i liked the lyrics
>>38412213
I can't understand all of them
>>38412213
Lyrics could be improved. They seem random, and spotaneous yet I feel like they could be chosen better. There is no good way to put this in a positive light, but please do not take what I say negatively.
They sound like they are trying to be amazing but they are missing the mark.
"Becoming someone is a fatal mistake
Falling to bloodlust over surveillance tapes
Oh baby poison me some more
Tell me who to adore"
I've heard campy lyrics that work.
Here's an example of what your lyrics remind me of
"I'm a street walking cheetah with a heart full of napalm,
I'm the runaway son of the nuclear A bomb"
These work within the context of the song, and I can understand what he's conveying.
I do not understand what you are conveying. It's alright tho, I've written some campy lyrics in my time.
Op I'd like you to know that your thread is comfy, but all I can do is lurk.

>>38413791
I found them when I looked again. I think it should be reworked a little bit more before uploading it on youtube.
Your rhythmic pattern changes too much imo for a solo piece. It sounds like it was written for a band.

I'll take that on board just leave that up as a demo and re-record it with a friend doing lead guitar i guess
>>38415677
I'd still strip down the song and simplify it more if you're just going to have 2 guitarists.
Also for that song, I recommend your friend doing rhythm, having 2 rhythm guitars, make more sense.
Some beach photos.
I'd probably just be drinking there rather than swimming

the rural areas are really comfy, though

People don't realize that comfy threads are hard to make. They require consistent bumping. I mean the first 20 or so post were all me bumping the thread. Then it eventually started picking up steam.
I went away for 2 hours and it almost died. It requires a lot of a material.
I've saved enough material to the point where there are many pictures I haven't posted.

Skyrim is a comfy game when modded
This one is of Lake Louise in Alberta. Canada is comfy because it's one of the biggest countries in the world, second only to Russia, but has a significantly smaller population than both the US and England. It's essential to own a car in most parts, due to navigating the huge empty roads to get to the store.
A country comprised almost entirely of wilderness, tundra, trees and mountains with such a small population. Very comfy to enjoy the sights in peace and solitude, huddled up warm in your hut with a log fire burning in the background.

Comfy, but too much stone architecture gives a Victorian-style sense of industry to the environment, which can be comfy at times but also intimidatingly urban. Stone needs greenery, be it meadows, farmland or foliage, to balance it back into comfy-territory
Here's a little ramen stall by the side of the road. It only seats a few.
>>38423036
Homey sounds better than homely. A lot of the time, at least in American English, we use "homely" to mean "ugly".
"Homey" has much better connotations than "homely"
Not sure about how it is over in Britain.
>>38422698
I miss this game so much. Jeremy Soule is really good at making fitting musics on whatever game he works on. He did a lot of comfy musics such as Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim OST, my favorite will always be Oblivion, it has that special comfy feeling fitting the world you explore.
Here's a different kind of comfy
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hoCpqOqFj4M
I made this edit myself, I loved the parts of the level in which it plays, I couldn't find an edit so I did this. Mirror's Edge Catalyst is a comfy game but too much potential wasted, a shame.

Or should I say stands, not seats. Here's what it looks like inside. Ramen 600yen a bowl. Nothing else. You watch him make it, stand and eat it behind the curtain, pass him back your bowl and wander back out into the night.
It's a small sanctuary of good smells, good tastes and good looks.

Yeah, I feel that. I think Victorian-style imagery has a very comfy feel but you have to be in the mood for it, the stone aesthetic seems out of place with the others I posted. Here's one of a lofoten island in Norway.

I tend to just use them interchangeably, but you're right homely sounds a lot better.

Nice job extending it, I like it, it's very comfy and a bit ambient.

Here's another one of Norway.

Thanks, I enjoy editing musics, it keeps me busy for some time.

what the hell do you mean by that? lmao.
Another Norway post; This time of the Atlantic road known as 'Atlanterhavsveien' in Norwegian. A 5-mile long winding road that passes through More og Romsdal with several junctions and bridges. Imagine driving along this road at dawn when the sun is just to say peering over the clouds and the sky is lit up with all kinds of colors. Nobody around as you take in the sights and drive along the winding road, traversing bridges and passing by the sea with your radio playing some calming music for you to free your mind to.
