I live in Nottingham and it is decriminalised without it being explicitly stated. People roll Js on the bus and brazenly smoke outside and no one gives the slightest fuck. It sucks because we get the downside of chavs stinking the city out but can't actually buy hydroponic, on weight dank at a regulated store.
