Would anybody tell me if you can get withdrawal by just taking benzos occasionally? (at small doses like 0.5mg clonazepam before going to bed)
I have been on 10mg diazepam for 1 month then 2.5mg clonazepam (stupid psychiatrist bitch put me on a really high dose) for 2 months. Stopped taking them 4 weeks ago. The first two weeks were pretty bad because of withdrawal but I have gotten a little better.

Benzo withdrawals are not life threatening. Symptoms fucking suck but that shit won't kill you, unlike alcohol withdrawal.
