i havent slept for two days
because that would be way too long

but seriously,
im afraid that someone keeps spying on me, looking into my window
i hear footsteps like someone is dashing out of the area when i walk into the alley
at first i thought it was my friend jerry but we havnt talked since he thought i pulled a knife on him
my ex-gf definitely wouldn't spy on me because she moved a couple thousand miles away
and my mom said she doesnt have the energy to deal with my crazy fucking bullshit

how do i know if its not in my head?
i have no proof but im pretty sure its real
last time i checked i heard voices
something about midnight
i dont think anyone will try to harm me
i got no beef with anyone as far as i know
but people just seem to think that i need help
although everything is perfectly fine

what do you do to make yourself feel calm and safe, that isnt a knife or similar sharp object?
