hey /r9k/ I have an interesting idea. Does anyone want to try being a fitness friend?

Essentially we would just tell the other what our goals are and how we plan to accomplish them. We'd give daily updates on exercises we did that day, what we've eaten, etc. We can help encourage each other to keep going or tell each other to get off our asses if we're being lazy and starting to slide.

Anyone interested? It doesn't have to be serious 2 hours at the gym everyday sort of thing. Just general physical activities you've done. Where you're starting at doesn't matter either

I started doing fitness recently and I'm just following these 0-something programs and I'm making progress and now on week 3, only thing I'm struggling with is c25k but I've always had bad endurance, not fat or anything

also I need more protein to actually build muscle, but going from completely sedentary skinnyfat to having some kind of strength and stamina I'm content

A good rule of thumb for weight gain is 2 grams of carbs for every gram of protein. For every pound you weight, that's 1 gram ofor protein. So if you weight 130 lbs, that's 130 grams of protein and 260 grams of carbs.

Also, if your skinny fat, just eat a fuck ton of food. Right now it doesn't matter what it is, it's called a dirty bulk. Eat until you want to vomit before bed. You'll be so full that when your brush your teeth you'll gag. You'll have night sweats and become lethargic for a couple weeks. You'll be fine. Just EAT
