Am bored

I have like 2 a week, down from 1-2/day. I really like Amp, flavored nos, and zero calorie monster. In a pinch I'll have Rockstar zero, never red bull bc price doesnt justify taste.

I drink em bc they're tasty. They all work for me, but I can't afford to have one every day so I mostly drink coffee

Only have Red Bull once and a while when I'm felling tired and need not to. Once cup of coffee in the morning and diet soda throughout the day is my usual caffeine intake.

i like Normal monster, and java.
Ultra Zero just tastes like sweetener.

Never had it 2bh. I don't try new stuff unless it goes on sale and I've yet to be surprised by a new cola. Been drinking Publix brand for years and the difference now seems negligible.

Where are you from? In Germany I've never seen Xyience, Nos or Ultra Zero, just monster, rockstar, red bull and some dodgy looking small brands

For me, it's just normal cola in weird, and you can taste that it's made from some strange plant. Ended up passing the can to a friend. Nothing too special

Ultra Zero is Monster just no sugar variety.
Nos is owned by Monster, and Monster is owned by coca cola.
Xyience is from texas.

When I get home from school or work, I usually have a red bull, yellow monster, or a variation of the Norwegian "Battery", right before I fall asleep in front of Youtube or Twitch.

OP: try not to have caffeine on an empty stomach, you will get jitters more easily.

Thanks for that. I don't know anything about that, but it seems to me that the consensus is that energy is bad for you when consumed regularily. If you can manage maybe you should try not drinking any for a week. Perhaps it will do nothing. If you're lucky your sleep could improve.

I travel a lot for work. Maybe 2-3 hours a day. When I'm driving I will sometimes drink 2 sugar free energy drinks in an hour while driving. They don't really seem to affect me.
