Vocaloid music is really quite diverse and varied. It is not created by a single individual or organization. The music is also often accompanied by fanart or animated music videos. Weebs love stuff like that.

Really depends on what you listen to. There's plenty of good Vocaloid songs, it's made by a community of people who use the program. "Ghost" makes music a lot of edgy kids are into so you might like it, cause everyone here is edgy and depressed.
