Normies that used to be Robots, how did you turn your life around?
Got rid of all of my friends. Focused on making money. Life sucks if your poor or broke.
Only failed normies can become normies.
A real robot is a robot for life, regardless of any financial/career success.
You could give me $1,000,000,000 right now and I'd still live my life the way I do right now because I just don't "connect" with other people at any level and never will.

I think I'm a failed normie, I don't know. I hope so. I need to get out of this mess.

I've actually had in person testing with a few mental health specialists that my clinical psychologist sent me to. That shit took a few weeks, and each session was a few hours.
I wont go into my life story because there's no point and it's too much effort, all I'll say is that I'm clinically diagnosed with several mental disorders and personality disorders and I'm on autism bux.

I think any former robots would stay as far away from this site and especially this board as they could

A. Don't come here or basically any forum. They're all toxic shithole echo chambers to varying degrees.
B. Drop your friends. They're more than likely similarly inclined hence you being friends. This exposure to their shitty influence will slow or halt your progress.
C. Go outside for at least an hour straight during the daytime. Shits good for your bodies and brain chemistry.
D. Basic hygiene. Brush your teeth, shower, comb, cut your hair, shave, wear clean clothes. Psychologically speaking your ego can be affected by external influences and your self image is one of these things. Looking good boosts confidence and might even make your happy.
E. Basic exercise. That hour outside? Make it s brisk walk or something. Makes your skin and body better and again helps body chemistry.
F. Fix your diet. Eat cooked meals and cut out sodium to a good degree same for sugar. Body chemistry and physical appearance.
G. Work. Find a job that won't make you kill yourself. Almost everybody hates their job but not suicidally. You now have more money and less time to sit around and brood. Both help with your mental outlook.
H. Do more chores. This actually helps with time and task management skills and prepares you for self dependence and solo living. Also, again, less time to sit and do nothing.
J. Find a hobby you can fit into your reduced spare time. This will make you a more interesting person and do wonders for your mental health.
You now have a choice like I did: stick to this path OR realize you hate this more than you did being a shut-in.
If you, like me, hate a purely normie life start pulling shit back like work hours or social obligations until you hit an equilibrium you can live with.
I got a job.
The stress overwrote the anxiety since I have no time to worry about stupid shit anymore.
I feel nothing anymore but at least I'm normal.
