I've smoked opium a few times. It's SO MUCH better than pills. Like i went into super relaxed mode. Didn't fall asleep or anything, just sort of vegged out and was happy as fuck for like 12 hours. Everything was amazing. I can't even describe it properly, but it's probably one of the ultimate comfy robot drugs. I'd recommend everyone try it at least once.

Can you reliably harvest your own opium to smoke? Opium poppies are legal to grow in the US for ornamental purposes. Does the government/cops care if you're growing them for drugs as long as it looks like you're growing them because they look pretty/for poppy seed bagels or something?
