this should be on /fit/ but starving yourself forces your boby to preserve energy for the next time you starve aka getting fatter

i starved myself for a while. the secret is, when you reach your target weight, is to not start eating like a fatass again. treat it like a reset button (even though its a shitty option) and never go back to fatfuck habits or you will pack on pounds like the british national bank

You won't have energy to do shit. Its very destructive, unproductive and (imo) harder than exercising to keep a good weight.

Just watch a show that's against anorexia.
