I take 10mg daily, but I only take it 4 days a week to prevent tolerance. Why are you interested in Strattera though? It only affects Norepinephrine instead of Dopamine+Norepinephrine like Ritalin. It's not as effective.

used stims for like a year and a half semi heavily. Stopped feeling good and started making me paranoid. Thought somehow if I left my window open everybody would know at some point. Last time I did them after my big stop it felt so fucking good but the crash was genuinely to the point of being scary. Ritalin is fucking dog shit compared to Adderall, at least for me personally. I can be tired as fuck take Ritalin and still be tired but now too jittery to sleep.
Adderall will actually keep me awake, and not make me miserable for hours of restlessness.
