How goes that weight loss?
Morale is the most important aspect of weight loss. Anything else can be achieved with low effort if former is present.
I got down to 86 from 95 at the start of the month and lost all motivation after that. These past two days I ate two big bags of chips, large fries, and a stuff crust Little Caesars pizza. I feel like absolute shit right now and can barely move. I'm back at 90.5 pounds now, but I hope it doesn't stick for too long. I feel like I'll never lose my weight because I can back in forth between feeling like I should get skinny and realizing it's pointless to get fit if I'm ugly and introverted.
