I am constantly feeling like I'm about to faint and I always have a headache in one spot in my head. I've seen multiple doctors and none of them could tell me why I having these problems. My life is complete hell.
Tell me why I shouldn't just do it.

I'm with you. I've had chronic shortness of breath for a year and they're trying to tell me it's psychosomatic, even though I have test results to prove otherwise.
Just try to see a neurologist or something. And if the results are bad--well, if my results are bad, I'm going to "do it."

i dont know if that is going to help you but a large part of my family from the mothers side suffered from anxiety from around the ages of 17 to 22
shortness of breath, feeling of incoming doom (stuff like thinking "fuck it, it cannot be anxiety im gonna die soon, SOMEBODY HELP"), headaches, being unreasonably angry, feeling like you are going to faint, fuck im suffering from it currently but it's slowly passing now

that's the thing, i just had to endure it or go to a shrink, my older bro got some really strong pills and he was sleeping for half a day after taking them so i've decided to just suffer until it passes and it slowly goes away now, shitty advice i know.
i know that this is /r9k/ but going on a walk/drink/shopping/whatever the fuck with your colleague or a friend really helps
then again, a psychologist may help you, give you some meds or just talk about with you about the shit that is bothering you deep inside
