Are rescue pets a meme?

Some are permanently fucked in the head, and will always be a shittty pet. I wouldn't get one. Might be angry an bite or scratch all the time. Or scared and piss itself when someone tries to pet it.

I got one but it was when he was still a kitten I think like 6 weeks old. He was a good cat died when he was young though.
