I don't think I have ever been proud of or like to look at my body. I've tried fasting but I have shit discipline, I try to walk for an hour a day but I don't know if it's enough. Any fatbots got any tips?

CICO. Calories in - calories out, basically eat less than tdee and log everything you eat.
Count your calories. Stay under 2000. And it's easiest, if you change your diet to have more veggies and so on, since they have more mass/energy

Have you tried bulimia? It's by far the easiest weight loss program. That's what the super models do.

Don't eat anything except fruits and vegetables outside of meals, and make your meals small.

work out how much food you need to eat. you dont even need to exercise.
-Drink plenty of water ( AT LEAST 2 liters a day), and drink only water, ew tee with no sugar
- eat less but more frequently ( eat something every 3 hours)
- count calories ( it might be pain in the ass but helps, check on the internet how much should you consume a day for your weight/age etc)
- when you want something sweet, eat fruits ( for me apples are great, they fasten metabolism and are tasty~)
- if you want exercise, riding a bike is best I think. It burns lots of fat, and isn't boring like exercising at home. Oh and you can ride a bike to school/work/anywhere
I've lost 15 kilos since I decided to all these things, feels good :,)
