I used to have really bad anxiety when talking to anyone. Anon, you really just have to get so used to it that it doesn't bother you anymore. Change is HARD, but if you really want it you will change.

don't do meds dude. trust me. they made me worse. i took them for 2-3 years everyday. i was hospitalized twice for wanting to kill myself. stay the fuck away from that shit. its a total scam. the change is never up to your doctor, your friends, your family, it's only up to you.

Fear/anxiety sometimes comes from knowing that you don't have the social skills to hold a conversation or that revealing more about yourself would put you in a bad social situation.
