eat, drink, & sleep better. workout your whole body, get stronger (and leaner if you need to). it helps you run a lot better without injury--makes you stable and flexible. keep at it, but don't over do it. checkout fitloop.co for a basic hour long workout using only bodyweight. foam roll and or stretch as well. you can check out starting stretching for a basic guide.

I like running, it reminds me of characters in video games.

I could jog until I rip my calf muscles, crack my shins and break down my tendons crippling myself for months.

There's no point in that though I've done it before twice when I first started , so I just run a 5-7k every other day at most to satisfy my mind now. I'm careful of any wear and tear on my body, giving myself more rest if I feel anything ache too much.

I'm kinda flat flooted, but I mean, I gotta do what I enjoy somehow and I don't care if I improve or not I just go when I feel like it careful not to go too soon or too far.

if your outta shape you gotta put the time in and the focus. you will exist uncomfortably(learning new things, having an off day/bad start) sometimes, but you'll also forget about it as you focus and feel literally sweet(the high from working out) and comfortable(reaching plateaus) at other times.

you're doing it wrong, m8. start with 2 minutes or so of jogging, then every other day add 2 more. do plenty of walking before and after to warm up/cool down, too.

speaking of which, does anyone have the trap mode infographic with the couch to 5k calendar?
