I routinely trigger password resets on the chads and stacys at my office as well as randomly deleting personal shit from their work machines thats not supposes to be on there in the first place.

I just don't understand why people get angry at customer service. I'm not particularly tech savy so if I need my IT guys help, I'm nice to him because he can do stuff I can't.
