Yes. To the extent that I'm not getting paid this month because I couldn't dare to call to work and ask for a copy of my shift list after I lost mine.
That's about 300 euros down the drain.

I had to write a fucking script on my computer before calling a mechanic to schedule an appointment for my car. At least in person I can just flail my arms around and point at my car while attempting to explain myself

The stupid thing is i am completely fine when i actually answer and talk to people irl, its the part before that my heartbeat goes fucking crazy and my hands shake, even in real life i get super nervous before meeting new people but the second i do i talk like the most normie person ever.
