Yes. But I usually end up staying up to about 7-8 the next day because it just feels strange at first. Wish I could get that schedule consistent, desu. Better internet, better weather, no normies.

Easiest way to reset your clock is don't eat for at least 12-16 hours before when you want your body to think is morning. then set an alarm wake up and eat then.
