Unless you're sub 5'4'' it won't kill your chances. Sure you would have it easier if you were 6'1"-6'3'', that's a given. You'd have it easier if you were born into a wealthy family too. Or if you had a magnum dong. Or if you were white. Or female. There's a lot of shit that could make life easier. When does it end?

You're right, all things considered he's doing pretty well. But while you can overcome a lot of natural disadvantages in life, there are limits. He got further than most of us being a senator, but he'll never be president, even if he was charismatic.

I'm not sure. You could be right. It's better not to waste time thinking about that though. You or I likely can't be president because we just aren't tall enough. There are several other factors that would immediately disqualify us, that it's simply not worth questioning whether or not our height is a part of that list. Kennedy was our first (and only) catholic president for gods sake, even with everything else going in his favor that one factor was nearly enough to prevent him from winning.
Better to get mad about how you weren't born into a wealthy family. Or why we aren't happy. Those are more concerning.
