Have you actually tried applying for one, Champ? It's as easy as showing up, speaking with the manager, giving him a firm handshake, and handing him your resume.
>ywn work at a bakery in a small cozy sleepy town

>ywn step outside the shop while the old couple who own it are out, donning your shop market apron and sweeping the corner sidewalk in the middle of a quiet summer/fall afternoon

The most comfy job I had was working at a dry cleaners.
The manager was a mate of mine's older brother and he was FUNNY AS FUCK, we got away with murder... he always let me skin up a joint in the office after work... and once he let me sleep for hours because I came to work on MDMA after no sleep and a party the night before.
Easy job too, just ironing clothes for 7/8 hours a day.
>>38354398
Whata ye talkin 'bout, you are livin' the dream, punk
>>38354836
>we got away with murder
Please elaborate
>>38354836
My dry cleaning experience was a nightmare. Was expected to do everything except cleaning/ironing for minimum wage. Usually had to stay ~3 hours past closing just to finish it all.
not worth it, most of those jobs have shitty pay that you can't really live on, or the boss will be an absolute cunt. best bet would be taking trucking classes but even that trade will be slowly dying out as we enter the next decade.

>don't know how to make a resume
>don't really know what a resume is
>don't know what I'd put on my resume
>ywn live in a time before massive global corporations controlled all aspects of life
>>38355051
just youtube how to make a resume dumbass. go apply at a staffing agency and have them put you on warehouse job that doesn't require experience and work your way up to better jobs
>>38354285
Security guard at a dead-end shipyard in a port town in the middle of nowhere. Can shitpost all night if I want. Pay might be shit, but it's comfy.
>>38355358
What's the job like? Just walk around for 8 hours?
>>38355441
Basically just sit in a small air-conditioned trailer for 12 hours and occasionally go outside carrying a clipboard to sign in incoming vehicles. Open gate, close gate. Surf the web and play games in between.
>>38355358
Id prefer something that doesnt require me to be poor for the rest of my life thanks
>>38355580
When I worked security I made $27,000 a year. If you aren't some normie that wastes $500 a month on alcohol it's pretty good.
I can't imagine working in your own business
Just give me someone that works from above, better depend from a boss than from the constant movement of the world
>>38354285
What is a comfy job, OP?
>>38355835
You have to be able to adapt to the modern world friendo. Self-employment is the future with the prominence of Uber, Lyft, e-trading, free lance web design etc. . .
