I had a night like that with muscle relaxers and alcohol, I later learned how deadly that is. apparently I snorted adderall aswell. I hallucinated a lot of fucked up stuff that night and ever since then have been very careful with drinking. what really hurt was that no one seemed to care about my well being afterwards

I rested like 15 days after that night, after kind of build myself up to being able to get drunk without feeling like total shit afterwards. I don't get stupid drunk anymore though.

I did do coke a few weeks after my first panic attack (I'm stupid, I know) and yeah it affected me badly. I smoke weed too, but unfortunately i had a panic attack when I smoked so now I can't enjoy that fully anymore either. My diet tends to be very shitty, yes.

But otherwise right now I haven't got drunk in nearly a month being back at home, and I eat well now and all, but I had a bit of an attack yesterday.

Not really. I finished the academic year at university pretty early and haven't had anything to do for quite a while now. I did go through a breakup but that was like 3 months ago. To be fair, that's why I started drinking even more than before. Yeah, it's weak of me but didn't have anything better to do.

Wasn't diagnosed. I went to the ER with chest pains after my first attack, doctor told me it was anxiety. I get it after abusing drugs mostly, or with the guilt associated with doing such acts at least..

im not a doctor but it sounds like the ER probably said anxiety as a default because they couldnt find any other causes. did you decide to go to the ER because you were in pain?

Yep, I mean it wasn't even such a bad pain but I did feel short of breath and just kept having thoughts of dying.

It's embarrassing, but I went twice in one day to the ER. They did EKG like 3 times, a blood test and measured my blood pressure. They said everything is fine and I do believe it was anxiety because when I was with the doctor he made me feel okay, moment he left the pain came back.
