What is that? Looks kinda good. I've been making deluxe breakfast quesadillas lately.

>melt cheese on top
>put it on a tortilla
>put spinach in the pan to get it soft and greasy
>put it on the tortilla
>add pepperoni and more cheese
>fold the whole thing up and put it back in the pan to fry tortilla/melt cheese

Woke up late but I just heated up some leftover ground beef from last night and mixed it up with a couple of scrambled eggs with a spoon of sour cream on top.

Not sure what to eat for dinner. I'm defrosting chicken breasts but not sure what to make them into. If you guys can throw me some ideas. Has to be low carb though, I'm on keto.

I made corned beef hash and I got some sugar cookies from the supermarket bakery.
