Virginia if you can. I've lived here my whole life, VCU or GWU are attainable but if you can do UVA.

Out of the ones you've listed, I'd go with Washington. The climate is great, avoid east coast winter if you can. I go to school in Ontario and it's dreadful. I'd suggest you apply to UBC and UVic though if you want an international experience, both great schools

A majority of the colleges here are extremely liberal, MN is a blue states, desu
Despite obviously being a better choice than a state like Cali full of headstrong dipshits, MN still isn't a good choice for college
If you were to just live here, though, it's a pretty nice state indeed. Lots of woods and lakes.

Washington if you want literally no dating scene thanks to the tech guys moving in and there being a huge ratio of men to women. only chubby idiot girls are left as the scraps nobody wants, and ugly trannies. jobs are the only reason to be there at all.

Minnesota if you want to sort of be in the middle of nowhere(only places around are Minneapolis and Milwaukee, even Chicago is very far away) women are beautiful thanks to strong scandi heritage in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota, but good luck finding any of them, probably live in some butt fuck nowhere town far out in grand rapids or something.

Massachusetts is where to be from those three choices if you want girls because there isn't some huge male-only job boom and there are lots of universities and things to do. lots of life science stuff going on, so actually a lot of girls. All of those good universities right there, NYC a 3 hour ride away, all of new england right there, all 4 seasons, big british/irish influence almost everywhere with some french if you go near the US/CA border

go to washington and there is NO white influence. all asians. go to minnesota and you have the influence, but it's so spread out it's like hick country or something and minneapolis isn't the whitest city. not saying boston or NYC is though, that's for fucking sure. Seattle surprisingly is very white if you stay north Seattle. go south and it becomes shit very quickly. also very expensive and their rental vacancy rates are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo low, you might as well be looking at SF. it's ridiculous. you're paying like 1K per month for an efficiency almost. it's retarded. It's almost as bad in Boston, very close, but vacancy rates there are much better so you can actually find a fucking place.
