It is nice, actually and I miss the shit out of it. All the books, games, animus, porn etc. you can download, and all the time in the world to peruse them as you like.
And it is not like anybody forces you to live a shut-in life as NEET.
Now I am stuck with a schedule for another year, cause I foolishly decided to prove to myself that I can.
Frankly, regular life sucks ass. You get up, wash, rush to work, meet people you wish would get burned alive and do your thing.You get back home, do some necessary stuff and poof day is already gone, clock ticking to get to sleep and repeat the same damn shit tomorrow. Terrible, can't wait to go back to living the dream.

At my worst I spend all day shitposting sleeping, eating junk, fapping and self loathing.

At my best I read, work out, make music, general self improvement stuff. fuck a job though.

I love it.
I sleep from 3am until noon and I watch movies all day, play vidya or watch Reviewbrah's newest review to entertain myself. Do dog walks, too, but I don't like those very much.
Got a job as garbage man next week to make some bucks and applied to a study for next year but I'm probably gonna give it up soon after I started.

Get high/drunk so long as NEET money will allow it.
Stay up for up to 3 days.
Go to sleep.
Repeat.

I was actually making pretty good music when I was still full NEET; still making good stuff, but had to start a new project. Can't do electronic stuff like I used to when I could flip the autism on and work on a song for 20 hours and then just pass out whenever

Well i'm not a NEET anymore, but when i was it was usually, get up, go working out, read and other assorted media and that's basically it.

I'm not a NEET, but judging from /r9k/, it mostly consists of disproving established theories of physics, playing the piano at the local piano lounge, and having affairs with white collar workers' wives.

Wake up at 8 AM.
Run or go to the gym on alternate days.
Make myself breakfast and a liter of coffee and browse the internet for a bit while I wait for the coffee to kick in.
Spend the rest of the morning and afternoon drawing, breaking for lunch, and dinner.
I'm trying to add learning coding into my evening routine, but I'm having trouble staying motivated and find I want to relax/play video games after dinner.
At 9 PM I read under an warm color temp lamp to prepare myself for bed.
At 10 PM I masturbate then go to bed.

It took time. Originally I was basically spending 16 hours a day hitting F5, and was on a constantly rotating 26 hour schedule. It was a miserable existence.

The first step that helped me was simply making myself breakfast every day. It's a stupid, simple thing, but it somehow provided an anchor for everything else.

I feel like garbage because I'm diagnosed with multiple personality disorders and nobody ever did or ever will love me thanks to it. Being a NEET is just a symptom of a deep running sickness, which doesnt allow you to function among people.

Everyone totally should save and invest, but investing does take some skill if you want different things than just a sp500 etf. Back when I started, I read every book on it I could get my hands on.
