I have the same type of hair. Close crop at the back and sides. Keep it close to the same length on top. Blow dry. Tiny bit of pomade. Comb it in a side parting then ruffle it a bit.

Don't be afraid to pay up to get it done properly. Cheap haircuts look like shit if you have that type of hair, trust me.

My hair is like that, but less tight curls. It's currently in a ball stage, but I've grown it out before and eventually it turns long. I am letting it grow, and I recommend the same for you. The world can use more log hair.
