As a failed cyborg that has unreasonable and well defined standards, height is necessary.

My first (and probably only true gf) in high school was something like 5'1"-5'3", but very buxom. I really enjoyed her as a person and I was very desperate at the time, since I was a senior and had pretty much been a turbo-autist up to and including that time. However, she got me and was into the same autistic shit I was into.

That said: I'm 6'3", so I was a solid foot (if not more, depending on shoes/boots) than she was. Everything was awkward. On top of that, I fucked up my hearing when I was even younger, so when we'd walk and talk in the halls between classes, I'd have to do this terrible, uncouth thing where I'm basically bent-over sideways so my good ear was closer to her.

That aside, height is inherently more attractive. Tall girls almost always have great legs, which are the foundation for a nice butt; so much so that they can be lacking in the hips and thighs. But most importantly, their features aren't squished together on a frame that's ultimately too small, so everything is nicely defined and there's more transition between areas (e.g. there's a nice span of chest between their boobs and shoulders/neck, or their lower abdomen and pelvis). It's hard to explain, but basically, aesthetic proportions are more observable and are just damn near perfect.

It needs to be mentioned, that of course if breeding were involved, i want as small of a chance of littering the planet with manlets.

As a 5'3" (160cm) guy, I prefer tall girls (5'9", 175cm and up).

The reason is that short girls are a fucking nightmare to deal with unless you're a tall guy.
