I didn't study for mine either and I got a better score than you, but our scores still mean fuck all. At least my score means fuck all since I live in super white rich rural suburbia. It's technically an "above average" score but not for my area.

it's also financially better, classes at community colleges are generally cheaper, and you don't have some dickhead professor that gets off on failing people. Just make sure you classes transfer

My father was trying to slam me into a 4 year school, but I didn't let him do that because I knew community is better.

I got college ready + credit rank on all the GED portions. So that's cool. I'm going into trades tho

I can't remember exactly, but I scored around a 1250 or so sophomore year (this was before there was a writing portion on the SAT if that matters). That was with no studying at all and just "take it to see what you get".

Then I studied reasonably for it and retook it Junior year and got like 50 points lower. I was so pissed I never studied for a standardized test ever again.

I apparently did very well on my practice SAT in junior or sophmore year without studying at all, and the night before I had slept for about 3 hours. I dropped out a few weeks later so it didn't matter anyways.
