Trannies look good/passable only until their late 20s or early 30s if they don't have access to plastic surgery and whatnot, earlier if they don't take care of their body well enough. Trannies take hormones so that their bodies develop like a MILFs, not like a balding old dude's, if a tranny is passable at 18, they very likely will be at 30. Once a tranny begins hormone therapy, from that point onwards they basically develop as they would have if they were born female, this is why trannies who start hormones younger look much better, because they spend much more of their lives developing as female instead of male.

However depending on where you live, you can get it for free off the government.
